The 2013 ROUSH® Stage 3 Mustang Premier Edition is a collaborative effort by ROUSH Performance and Sherwin-Williams® Automotive Finishes. The two companies have a long standing partnership, both on and off the race track. Offering a premium paint vehicle was a natural extension for this strong relationship. Limited to a production run of up to 25 the 2013 ROUSH RS3 Mustang Premier Edition is now available.

New colors for 2013 include iridescence, punch it purple, cabernet, V8 red, and launch it lemon. Hey—the production cars even ran his stripes! Winter is upon us, and that usually means snow, ice or at least a thick film of frost on every pavement and road first thing on a morning. While pedestrians will have to try their best not to slip, motorists have more to be wary of at this time of year. Winter is the most difficult time of year for drivers, as they have to contend with patches of black ice, heavy snow drifts, freezing rain or, at the very least, a few patches of frost that show no signs of thawing.

Hello, guys! Today I want to share with you a short video, made by one of our readers – Kelby Roberson – a very ambitious 17-year old young filmmaker on youtube with some serious equipment. Kelby dropped me a line on Facebook with his video and when I saw if, I decided to post it and support this fan.

The video is about a 2006 Corvette C6 (V8 LS2 400HP) going out for a ride on some nice peaceful roads and then going back home. Although it’s not a super-speed, drifting “fast and furious” movie, it has its charm. The young Mr. Roberson chose a very nice and shiny Vette to work his film skills, because he could pick any other make, but he wanted a true American car. What’s more, he has plans to study film in college for the next four years, so Kelby, hope you achieve your goal and keep up the good work! We are waiting your next video showing some burned rubber!

This lovely muscle car was one clean Boss before it was stripped to bare metal and restored by the prosat Santa Barbara Muscle Cars. They stripped it to a shell, cleaned any trouble spots (there weren’t many), and then refinished it in the original hue. But instead of ancient enamel, it now sports two-stage urethane paint, which gives the rejuvenated Boss a depth and clarity that makes it dazzling in the sunlight. As if that’s not enough, there were only 693 Competition Yellow over black Boss 302s built in 1970, making this a somewhat rare piece.

I mentioned the blacked-out pieces, but this car also still sports a fair amount of chrome and bright work. The front and rear bumpers have been restored to new condition, and all the stainless has been polished. The wing and rear window slats, as well as the front chin spoiler have also been coated in more satin black paint to match the stripes, and the new-for-1970 rear valence panel and taillights got their own coat of black, too. The simple grille is in excellent shape and is probably the original piece in original condition, further proof that this is an exceptionally clean car. Read more!
