In order to qualify for such an award, a vehicle must score at least “GOOD” rating in the driver-side overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength and head restraint tests and “GOOD” rate for the passenger-side small overlap tests. However, requirements are a bit higher, as it comes to the functionality of crash prevention systems – the tests should be nailed with “ADVANCED” or “SUPERIOR” grade.
