It still has the full roll cage, although the side impact bars have been removed to ease getting in and out. The motor is a small block screamer that happily spins the wheels in the first three gears! Suspension is all Global West’s finest making the car handle better than any 45 years old car should. It actually handles better than a number of modern sports cars! 1967 Shelby GT 350 Factory Paxton Supercharged - Muscle Cars Blog1967 Shelby GT 350 with Factory Paxton Supercharger – a truly awesome muscle car ! Shelby built 35 1967 Shelby GT 350′s with Paxton Superchargers. Only 19 of these cars are still known to exist. Only 5 Red Supercharged cars were built and only 4 of those are known to still exist. The engine is a date correct 289 High Performance engine with all of the correct parts and all are date correct for the car including Harmonic Balancer, S7 intake maniford, S7 High-po exhaust manifolds, distributor, engine cover, heads, original valve covers, etc. 

The four speed toploader transmission is coded with the correct RUG-1 and the rear end is date correct. The former owner stated that the Paxton Supercharger is original to the car and is dated February 10, 1967. This car was built by Ford on May 4, 1967 and Shelby completed it on May 19, 1967. The amount of original parts is incredible with the motor mounts, rear 2 1/2″ brake drums, and even the fuel sending unit being original Ford. The motor mounts are dated C7ZZ and the fuel sending unit has a C7 part number.
