From hennesseyperformanceblog.com: When this Cyber Gray 2010 Camaro SS arrived at Hennessey, it was originally outfitted as a supercharged HPE650 with one notable difference — a forged, low compression 415 cubic inch LS3 stroker motor. Well, when you have a love of horsepower and a rock solid foundation to build on, the urge to take things further is hard to resist.

After all, the same 415 stroker is at the heart of the Hennessey HPE800 Twin Turbo Camaro upgrade, so determining the method of attack for producing big numbers was a no brainer.

After transforming the HPE650 to a twin turbo HPE800 and making well over it’s advertised numbers at a super-conservative 11 psi, the time came at the request of the customer to increase the boost and have a little fun.

So with a few more pounds of boost — 16 psi total — the HPE800 Camaro easily put down nearly 850 horsepower to the rear wheels and just a hair over 800 lb-ft of torque (847 rwhp / 801 lb-ft tq to be exact). Factor in your basic drivetrain loss for a 6-speed manual Camaro and the horsepower numbers hit right near 1,000 HP mark!

But what makes the numbers even better is the conservative and SAFE nature of the Hennessey twin turbo setup. A strong motor, efficient turbo design and proper fuel support means the HPE800 (and even the 427 cubic inch LSX-powered HPE1000) Camaro can be tuned for bird-dog reliability while making outrageous amounts of power. One of the biggest events of the tuning world that took place the past weekend in Germany marked the first official European public appearance of the exclusive 1970 Dodge Charger featured in the famous “The Fast and the Furious” movie that hit the theaters back in 2001.

In fact, it was the very same car that shook Dominic Toretto’s world back then, while making the hearts of the muscle cars’ fans beat faster when Miss Tuning 2009 Martina Ivezaj lied on the floor in front of it…

Originally built and restored by Cinema Vehicle Services (CVS), the ride has quite a stunning unit under its hood: a supercharged Chrysler 426 Hemi V-8 boosted by a BDS 9-71 Roots-style blower and N.O.S. 250 horsepower Plate Nitrous System, which results in 950 horsepower on motor and more than 1100 horsepower on the bottle, as CVS likes to say.

Furthermore, the spec list includes a Chrysler 727 three-speed automatic transmission, Hotchkis springs and shocks, Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes as well as 18-inch Coy C-5 custom rims.
“During the filming, Vin Diesel himself actually took a seat behind the wheel. The sound blasting from this car could make the plaster tumble from the garage ceiling! Now, the first time in Europe, automobile enthusiasts can be astounded by the one-and-only original Dodge Charger, and with a shot of nitrous oxide (laughing gas or N2O) it summons up a monstrous 1200 horsepower,” a release from Tuning World Bodensee reads.

SpeedFactory recently revealed their latest project – SF600R, which is an engine upgrade for the Dodge Challenger SRT8. In fact, SpeedFactory have increased the output of the car from 425 hp to 600 hp (447 kW / 608 PS) without the use of a supercharger.

At first, the tuners increased the 6.1-liter HEMI engine to a full 7.0-liters. Aside from a higher volume air intake system paired to a stainless steel Corsa exhaust , SpeedFactory also used “a custom Comp hydraulic cam along with an 85mm throttle body with a CNC machined stock manifold that is port matched with a blended plenum to produce a dyno-proven 595-605 HP on premium-grade 91 octane pump fuel,” as a statement from SpeedFactory reads.

What’s more – the SF600R has a six-speed manual transmission, while also adding a Getrag IRS and Centerforce clutch. The engine was not the only thing tweaked by SpeedFactory. The vehicle’s handling is improved with performance springs and sway bars as well as additional front and rear strut tower braces. The 20-inch BBS wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires and gives this beauty a real muscle car look.

The brand new Autobot Bumblebee of Transformers 3 was revealed. Bumblebee’s vehicle mode may not look like a Convertible in TF3, but he had certainly undergone some new modifications. Some of them are a carbon fiber splitter on top of the roof of the new Camaro, New Side-Windows, New set of Rims previously unseen in Movie 1 and 2, New, much more open cut to keep the brakes of the Rear Tires cool, Black Stripes are now also on the roof of the car and carry a completely new design, New Side-Skirts, Newly added Front Splitter, Redesigned Fog Lights with a Guard, Overall Streamlined Design mimicking Chevrolet Stingray Concept (Sideswipe), with Carbon fiber Side Mirrors. And probably the best mod – A Rear Carbon fiber Spoiler.
