1964 Chevrolet Impala SS with Lots of Features - Muscle Cars Blog1964 Chevrolet Impala offers full size comfort, full size attitude! Not many cars can swagger as well as a ’64 Impala, and few can carry a screaming orange paint job, full custom interior, an air ride suspension and deep 18” billet rally wheels like this one! If you like cruising in the large lane, piling on mile after mile, read on! This 1964 Chevrolet Impala features bright orange pearl finish, crisp white interior, bulletproof 350ci/Powerglide combination, power steering, front disc brakes, air Ride Technologies air suspension, freshly sorted and detailed mechanicals.

Obviously, the first thing that hits you is the bright orange pearl paint. It’s shiny and VERY attention-grabbing! The roof was painted a contrasting pearl white, and check out the airbrushed Impala logos on the C pillars! The trim is all there and generally very nice. Again, it’s not over the top, but this car was built to cruise! Gaps are nice, while the doors, hood and trunk close nicely. The big billet rally wheels at all four corners steal the show 18 in diameter, custom built for the car, and wrapped in Nitto NT555R high performance tires. The redlines were added by Diamondback tires, and you’ll see they’re so new the stickers are still on ‘em! Click on Read more to get more!

The value of used trailers

Mar
05

Last year my family decided that we would try a camping holiday and after thought and discussion we were sure that we would need a trailer to help us transport our luggage.

Obviously trailers are not cheap and as I was unsure how much use we would get from the trailer I was dubious on buying a trailer for this one trip.

1969 Chevrolet Camaro 427 Yenko

1969 Chevrolet Camaro 427 Yenko - Muscle Cars BlogThe Yenko Super Camaro was a modified Chevrolet Camaro prepared by Yenko Chevrolet, Canonsburg, PA., under the command of Don Yenko from 1967 through 1969 and we, Musclevehicles.com present it to you. Don, a renowned racer and the owner of Yenko Chevrolet, decided the new for ’67 Camaro needed a bit more oomph. This was because a General Motors corporate edict prevented it from carrying an engine larger than 400 CID V8; this put the Camaro at a serious disadvantage to the Ford Mustang, Plymouth Barracuda and the Dodge Dart since they had no such a limit.

Don Yenko, however, knew there was a market for an ultra-powerful Camaro and found ways around the GM limit. To accomplish this task he transplanted the L-72 427 big block engine form the Corvette into the Camaro, thus the Yenko SC or Super Camaro was born! Seeing how successful Don’s creation was, other dealers across the Country also did similar swaps, but the Yenko is widely considered the most collectible of the bunch. Click on Read more!

1969 Berger Corvette 427 VERY RARE 1 OF 2

1969 Berger Corvette 427 VERY RARE 1 OF 2 - Muscle Cars BlogThis 1969 Berger Corvette 427 is VERY RARE 1 OF 2 only made. You are looking at a very rare piece of automotive history.  This Corvette was produced by Berger Chevrolet in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  It is one of only two corvettes Berger produced.  They are well known for their Camaro’s and to this day are still offering their power pack options which cost between $40,000 and $60,000 for their modifications.  Unlike many high performance chevy dealers Berger is still family owned and still in existence today (unlike Yanko and many others).

This corvette has a 427 tri-power which started as a 400 horse car and as far as we know, they modified to at least 450 horse.  It is a very high option car, it has both tops.  It also has the original build sheet and window sticker.  The only option that was changed on the car is the deluxe wheels that is on the tank sticker to the rally wheels which I think most would agree look better on the car.
